Een korte uitleg over BBQ Rubs & Kruiden

Grill & Kruiden rubs zijn een droge marinade en bestaat uit een mix van verschillende gedroogde specerijen/kruiden.
Voordat je een mooi stuk vlees gaat bereiden op de BBQ strooi je het rijkelijk in met een lekkere en bijpassende rub.
Hoe eerder je het vlees instrooit met een rub voor dat het vlees op de BBQ gaat hoe lekkerder de smaak wordt.
De smaken van de specerijen en kruiden trekken dan in het vlees.
Door dat dit gebeurd zal het vlees meer smaak krijgen en wie wil dat nou niet!

TIP: Als je het vlees samen met grill & kruiden rubs vacuüm of luchtdicht verpakt, zal het iets langer houdbaar zijn, doe je dit niet raden wij aan het vlees niet langer dan 2 a 3 dagen in de koelkast te bewaren.
